The base of the pancakes is always the same, and you can top with whatever you like. It's my favourite post workout meal.
100 g vanilla whey protein
2 large eggwhites
1 pinch of baking powder
Coconut oil to fry the pancakes
Maple syrup and blueberries for the topping, or whatever you want to top it with!
Blend it all in a blender and fry in medium heat. Enjoy!
