2 apples, peeled
1 egg white
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup gluten-free oats (rolled oats are always better)
Cinnamon powder to sprinkle
Beat in the blender the apples, the whole egg, the white and the banana.
Transfer to a bowl and combine the baking powder and oats.
Stir well and put in a non-stick tin.
Cover with apple slices and bake for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Sprinkle some cinnamon and serve.
