Baked Apples with Cinnamon Sticks

I like to have these as pudding, they work quite well also when served hot with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt!

Ingredients
4 apples
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 cup of raisins or currants

8 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons of stevia
Foil

Method
Preheat the oven to 120ºC.
Remove the lump from the apples by making a hole in the top of the fruit.
Place a cinnamon stick in each hole along with a few raisins.
Sprinkle apples with Stevia.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Arrange them on a baking sheet.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove and serve immediately.
