As more people adopt gluten-free, low-carb, plant-based diets, their eyes turn to cauliflower. How about having it as a healthy snack?

I've been a fan for a long time.

And so has The New York Times! The prestigious newspaper published the article Caulipower, which focuses on the explosion of cauliflower consumption.
Consumers fleeing from gluten and carbs are turning to them.
Everyone surrenders to its softness and versatility.

How about riding he wave, with a yummy and incredibly light healthy snack?

The following recipe yields 32 units, with 20 Kcal each.

2 cups cooked cauliflower
1 large egg
1 egg white
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup grated shredded cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Spraying Olive Oil

Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Sprinkle olive oil on a baking sheet.
A one bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put a spoon of the mixture in the hands and shape the tots.
Distribute them in the tray.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning over half the time.
Remove when golden.
