Flourless Chocolate Cake
3 tablespoons cocoa powder 100%
½ cup of cream cheese light
2 cups ricotta
2 egg whites
3 tbsp stevia
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients until it turns into a cream.
Pour in a round shape of removable tin and bake, preheated to 150º C, for 45 minutes.
Wait for it to cool, take out of the tin and refrigerate.
Serve with red fruits such as strawberries!
