Cauliflower popcorn

Here is a healthy snack to watch the Six Nations, the Winter Olympics, or that movie on Netflix! It's low calorie, low carb, and fun!

Ingredients
1 cauliflower
1 tbsp salt
olive oil in spray

Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and cut the bouquets the size of golf balls.
For this recipe we only ise the bouquets, not the stalk.
In a container, mix the little bouquets with the salt.
Transfer them to a baking dish and sprinkle with the olive oil.
Bake on high heat for about an hour, until golden brown.
Put them in a bag of popcorn.
