You can prepare these in literally 5 minutes, and then bake for 15. So easy, tasty and nutritious, this recipe is high protein, low carb and low fat. It doesn't get better than that!!
Ingedients:
4 large tomatoes
1 can of tuna (we prefer the one that comes in water, it's healthier)
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 teaspoon of tarragon
salt and pepper
Method:
Combine the tuna, onion, bell pepper, tarragon, pepper and salt. Stuff each tomato with this mixture. Place in lightly greased pan and bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Garnish with tarragon as desired. Enjoy!
