Super super easy to make and very high in fibre. Oh, and super yummy, do try it at home! 

2 apples (peeled)
1 egg
1 egg white
1 banana
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup whole wheat gluten-free oat bran
Cinnamon powder to sprinkle

Method of preparation
Beat in the blender the apples, the whole egg, the white and the banana.
Transfer to a bowl and add the yeast and oats.
Stir well and put in a non-stick tin.
Cover with apple slices and bake for 30 minutes over medium heat until apples turn brown.
Sprinkle some cinnamon and serve warm!
