Summer days ask for refreshing options and Friday screams ice cream! So we brought you our healthy version for a vanilla buttercream one: it's our Raw Vegan Vanilla Pecan N'ice Cream!
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
Seeds from half a vanilla bean (or one tsp of vanilla extract)
1 tbsp of maple syrup or agave nectar
2 tbsp of frozen almond milk
1/2 cup pecans
Method
Blend everything but half of the pecans in a food processor.
Take the mix out of the processor and fold in the remaining pecans.
Put it in the freezer overnight.
