Sesame encrusted tuna (low carb)

Eating fish regularly is great good nutrition. Hard to do it because of lack of interest and time? You will love this healthy and delicious recipe that gets ready in 10 minutes, and is full of omega 3!

2 whole tuna (approx 300 g each)
½ cup Panko

½ cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Wild arugula to taste
Rocket to taste
Chives to taste

Method of preparation
Season the tuna with salt, pepper and olive oil and set aside.
In a pot, put the Panko, sesame and lemon and mix well.
Deep all sides of tuna in the mixture.
Heat a frying pan and pour olive oil.
Seal the tuna for about 3 minutes, turning from all sides, until creating a crust on the outside.
Remove the tuna from the frying pan and place on a cutting board.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Garnish with arugula, rocket and chopped chives.
Serve immediately.
