Ingredients
For Guacamole
1 cup chopped avocado
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon of salt
Juice of ½ lemon
1 chopped tomato, skinless and seeded
Olive oil to taste
For the tartar
150 g of chopped salmon loin
1 teaspoon chives
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped capers
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sprouts for decoration
Method of preparation
In a bowl, add the chopped avocado.
Add olive oil, onion, tomato and mix well.
Season with salt and lemon and set aside.
In another bowl, add the salmon.
Add the chives, the olive oil, the onion and season with salt to taste.
Add the capers, the black pepper and mix well.
Add the lemon juice, mix well and set aside.
To assemble, place the guacamole in a ring shape.
Put the salmon on top.
Garnish with sprouts and serve.
