HIGH PROTEIN TURKEY MEATBALLS

This dish will last a few days in the fridge, so if you need to have lunch on the go, it's perfect! Macros are 49 calories, 2g carbs, 1g fat, 8g protein.

Ingredients:
450g Turkey Mince
1 Small Red Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1 Egg
1 Scoop Protein Rolled Oats
Salt and Pepper

Method
1) In a food processor add the onion, garlic and oats pulse until evenly chopped 
2) Mix the chopped veg and mince together then add the egg to bind everything together
3) Sprinkle with salt and pepper, make sure everything is evenly combined
4) Then with slightly wet hand start making the balls taking a pinch of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball and place on a greased tray
5) Continue until all the mixture has gone and all balls are evenly sized
6) Leave in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up then place in the oven on 190oC for 25 minutes until golden brown.
